This fanzine is a for-profit physical zine that includes fan artists, writers, and merch artists.We’re also considering an NSFW digital add-on side zine (dependent on interest check).Our schedule runs on PST time.

Hello, hello! I'm J, and I'm all-in on Kim Dokja love! I've been modding for a while and have recently become incurably obsessed with orv, so I'm super excited to join such an experienced team! I'll do my very best for this zine!! <3<3
Application Guidelines
All applicants must be 18+ at the time of application.
Applicants must have or create a discord account as the zine discord server will be the main form of communication between the mods and contributors.
Please ensure that all samples are accessible (viewing permissions must be on for Google drive links)
Incomplete applications may be disqualified automatically.
You can check your links by opening them in an incognito tab or asking a friend for help.
Artists will be evaluated on the following:
-Colors
-Lighting and shading
-Anatomy and poses
-Backgrounds
-Composition and style
During application, artists must submit:
-3 of their best samples representative of their style and skill level
--At least 1 sample must be ORV
--At least 1 sample must be fully colored, inclusive of a full background
-A portfolio of their works with at least 5 pieces (can include the previous 3 samples)
-An optional pitch on ships and ideas
All links (eg. Google Drive, ArtStation, Carrd, Pixiv) are acceptable as long as they are easily accessible
If you’re adding Tumblr or Twitter links as your portfolio, please make sure your art is easy to find (eg. a dedicated art tag on your Tumblr)
After being accepted, artists are expected to create one of the following:
-A single-page illustration
-A spread
-A short comic
Writers will be evaluated on the following:
-Characterization
-Plot (Being able to tell a story convincingly within a limited word count)
-Ability to evoke emotion
-Descriptions
-Dialogue
-Spelling, punctuation, grammar
During application, writers must submit:
-3 of their best samples representative of their writing style
--All samples must be between 1.5-3k words
--At least 1 sample must be ORV
--Completed works are highly preferred but excerpts are accepted
-A portfolio of their works with at least 5 pieces (can include the previous 3 samples)
-An optional pitch on ships and ideas
All links (eg. Google Docs, Ao3, FF.net) are acceptable as long as they are easily accessible and readable
Twitter threads are not accepted
After being accepted, writers are expected to create a fic between 2-3k words
Merch artists will be evaluated on the following:
-Colors
-Anatomy
-Lighting
-Stylistic choices and composition
During application, merch artists must submit:
-3 of their best samples representative of their style, skill level, and preferred merch items
--At least 1 sample must be ORV
-A portfolio of their works with at least 5 pieces (can include the previous 3 samples)
-An optional pitch on ships and ideas
All links (eg. Google Drive, ArtStation, Carrd, Pixiv) are acceptable as long as they are easily accessible
If you’re adding Tumblr or Twitter links as your portfolio, please make sure your art is easy to find (eg. a dedicated art tag on your Tumblr)
After being accepted, merch artists are expected to create 2-3 merch items based on their preferred merch
Q: What is a fanzine?
A fanzine (short for fan magazine) is a compilation of art and writing from different creators. Love Scenario is a fanzine project that will be celebrating different types of Kim Dokja ships.
Q: Is this zine for profit or charity?
This zine is for profit.
Q: Will the zine be available in print or will it be digital/PDF only?
The zine will be available in both print and PDF format!
Q: What kind of physical merch is included with the zine?
This is dependent on the interest check.
Q: Is post-epilogue spoilers/content allowed in the zine or in the apps?
Yes, but we require them to be tagged. We will be tagging it in the zine itself as well.
Q: Will AUs be allowed?
Yes, AUs are allowed!
Q: Is this zine invite-only or application-based?
This zine is primarily application-based, with guest contributors suggested in the interest check.
Q: Will minors be allowed to apply for the zine?
No, all contributors must be 18+.
Q: Can I apply as a contributor if I’ve only read the webtoon?
Absolutely!
Q: I’ve never written/drawn ORV before. Can I still apply?
We apologize, but at least one of your samples must be ORV.
Q: Do I need to have past zine experience to apply as a contributor?
No, newcomers to zines are welcome!
Q: How many contributors will be accepted?
We’re currently planning on having 25-30 artists, 5-8 writers, and 5-7 merch artists.
Q: Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes! Please be aware that you may only be selected for one position.
Q: Will you be sending out rejection and pinch hitter emails?
Yes!
Q: Where will you be shipping from?
We will be shipping from Indonesia.
Q: How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors will be compensated with a PDF copy of the zine at the very least. If the zine breaks even, we will provide all contributors with free shipping and a full bundle. If we do not have enough profits, we will offer items to contributors at production price.
Q: Is this zine only bottom Dokja?
No. We ship Dokja in all sorts of ways in all sorts of positions <3
Q: Does this zine accept straight ships/gay ships/polyships?
Of course! However, the ratio of ship distribution is dependent on the interest check as well as contributor pitches. We’ll try to have as much variety as possible!
Q: Will this zine accept OD (oldest dream) ships?
Sorry, we’ll be focusing on Kim Dokja without including OD ships in this zine.
